Upgrade of Configurator from 11.5 to 12.2.4

we recently upgraded our Configurator from 11.5 to 12.2.4; on publication of one of our models, we are seeing the following error

Any idea on what is causing the issue and what a possible resolution might be? We have recreated the UI and republished, and  are still getting the same error
