Backordering specific line from Delivery

Hello Gurus,

We have cases where multiple sales order lines are clubbed under one single delivery in the Shipping Transaction Form and these lines

have been 'Picked' and ready to be Ship-Confirmed. However, we now need to backorder just one of these lines and not the entire delivery. I understand we can use the Ship Confirm

window to backorder, but the only option in it is to 'Backorder All'.

We also tried un-assigning the required line from the delivery but that does not help backorder the line.

Considering the lines have been 'Picked' already under one delivery, is there at all a way we can backorder that line alone.
