A particular user has issue in accessing Lease Workbench –Receipts while others can .

Under a custom responsibility,when a particular user trying to access Lease Workbench –Receipts,there is an error:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact system administrator.

workaround till now:

1.checked  its not a browser or Java issue as I  logged into user's system

2.checked profile parameters for the user and nothing is set for the user to restrict the data

3.checked menus/functions and it works for all users.
