Tasks created when a case transferred to external agency is reviewed
Hi Team,
When we review the case transferred to external agency, a task is being created in collections agent queue. However, this task is not seen in lease center nor is it available in work bench for the customer.
Please suggest where do we see those tasks.
Note: I posted this to collections team earlier, they confirmed it should be posted to Lease management team.
