Dependent Information

We are adding dependents to our address book in order to produce an 834 output file. As I was doing research I came across information for the ACA application (P08119). It seemed like with that program you can store dependents directly in the application. It brings me to the following questions:

1. Do dependents require their own address book number? If so, what is the best practice for a numbering scheme?

2. How do we acquire the ACA application? Does it require additional licensing?

3. Does JDE offer any programs for 834 interface?
