Hi:

The "Allow Negative Balances" Flag for Inv Org X was turned on originally. 

We then turned off the flag after confirming 1) there wasn't any negative onhand quantities at Organization, and subinventory level, 2) no pending transactions, 3) no stuck transactions in interface table, 4) no transactions going on at the time the flag was unchecked.

Profile - INV:Override Neg for Backflush is set to "no" at site level

HOurs later found negative quantities allowed for 1) WIP issue transactions

Why does it allow negative backflush?

Please advise.
