Physical Counting

Hi, Every year, we do physical counting of complete inventory by following the below process.

1. Go to Cycle Count Summary screen and Select the physical Cycle Count entry.

2. Enter the required sub-inventory in the Manual Schedule Requests screen and save.

3. Then click on tools/Generate Cycle counts. 

4. Wait for the concurrent program to complete

5. Go to WMS Control board and assign the tasks to the Warehouse Employee to count the tasks

This process currently generates counts for all the items in the Subinventory by bin. If there are empty bin, then counts are not generated.

We want the counts to be generated for every bin even the bin is empty. This will make sure to count every bin.
