Problem installing Smart View

I have a user who had Smart View installed and one day it just wasn't there.  We have tried to uninstall and reinstall.  The installation runs and says it's installed successfully (we can see it in programs) but the Smart View tab isn't there when she opens excel.  We have enabled both the excel and COM add-ins.  The excel add-in stays active but the COM one does not and the Smart View tab never appears at the top.

We are installing 32 bit and she is using Office 7/ windows 10.  The Smart View version is 11.1.2.5.610.
