10.2.0.4 migration to 11.2.0.3 possible with dataguard?

Hi, I've a 10.2.0.4 database in server A and want to migrate with the minimum downtime possible to 11.2.0.3 in server b/c (RAC environment). The network performnce is not good enough and export + file transfer took 11 hours (5 + 6 each task). Any official document, guideline or suggestion?
