Custom Calendar or Oracle General Ledger schedule FSG and other reports

Is there a way to create a custom calendar in Oracle EBS to execute Concurrent Request (Report Sets) on Business Day 5, 6, 9 (taking into account holidays and weekends). This is not for any specific day of the week just the business defined calendar
