Unable to Add segment to a campaign post Upgrade

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded Siebel and OBIEE environment in our project. After the upgrade we are unable to add Segment to a campaign. We are getting below error message.

'Operation 'getJobInfo' of Web Service 'com.siebel.analytics.web/soap/v1.JobManagementService' at port 'JobManagementServiceSoap' failed with the following explanation: "Unable to find job with Id "18".  Too much time may have expired since you generated or accessed this job.".(SBL-EAI-04308)'

Siebel --> 8.1.1.6 to 8.1.1.14

OBIEE --> 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.9

Could you please help us with the answer.
