Inconsistent data between Hyperion Smartview and webform in 11.1.2.3

Hi Gurus,

Need your help!!!!!!

I am using the Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.3 EPMA application.

Have encountered an issue which really looks strange as it seems to be a data issues between Smartview and Webform for the same intersection and the issues arises when we are using the missing data blocks option on the data form, if we uncheck that option, then this form displays the data correctly.

Also,The issue is that the rows move down about 4 places when viewed using the application. The data retrieved from the Smartview is at the correct intersection.

Seems we have a hidden dimension on the rows, and if we unhide that dimension then the form displays the correct data, but we can’t alter the form design.
