Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We have installed JDE 9.2 (9.2.1 as toos release) on Windows/Oracle Platform. Using web server as weblogic 12C.

Need to know which are the supported Load balancer's (Software & Hardware ) available for JAS.

Do Oracle certify Citrix Netscaler ?

Also how many users recommended per JVM.
