Essbase Integration Services Drill-Through Not Working

We have an Essbase cube setup to have drill through reports using Essbase Integration Service for a few users. Recently the reports have stopped appearing in the launch window when they attempt to access them. I have had no luck at all finding documentation on what to do to reset EIS to show these reports again.  The reports still appear to be associated with the outline in EIS but the linked objects browser is just blank when attempting to load the reports via the Excel add-in.

We currently use the older Excel Add-in (not Smartview) to access these reports with Excel 2007. These reports still work in the lower development environment but I can't see an obvious difference between that and our production environments that might have caused the reports to stop showing up. I've attached screenshots showing the linked objects browser menu.
