Siebel IP 2016 - Missing notificationmgr.js in public/siebel folder?

Hi, I have installed base Siebel IP 16 and then patchset 8 tools and web client but couldn't not find notificationmgr.js file in the client / public / siebel folder before and after the patch. Would this file really exist and where can I find it? Thanks!
