Setup labor

Hi,

How the setup labor hour works ?

Does it setup in Hours only ? Does it have any impact by time basis code in the WO ?

I have an example -

Item # 123

Accounting cost quantity = 300

B2 setup labor rate = 2

Routing -

Operation # 10

Setup labor = 3

Time basis code = M (Minute)

Work center -

XYZ

Operation #10

work center rate - setup labor = 10

Now, if i will create WO for 10 quantity and attached the part-list and routing.

In routing of WO , setup labor hour is also static which means 3 (as per above dataset) regardless of whatever is my time basis code, order qty, Accounting cost quantity. Is that correct ?
