Hi,

What is the significance of accounting cost quantity in the system ?

How does Labor variable O/H and Labor variable O/H in the system ?

Whenever i am attaching the part list and routing then in the production cost inquiry screen (Standard vs Current). I am getting huge variance of Labor variable O/H and Labor variable O/H.

Can someone please let me know, how does labor variable O/H and Labor variable O/H calculated in production cost inquiry (current rate) and what is the formula to get the exact value in the Production cost inquiry screen ?
