Unable To Enter Counter Reading via SR Forms

Hello Team,

After creating an item instance (Serialized) with customer details created the counter. Then created the SR, and when access the counter screen it came up as read only, cannot update counter reading.  Already applied the 18448490:R12.CSI.B in a test environment abd as expected below are the file versions

CSICTRRD.pld 120.18.12010000.31

CSICTRST.pld 120.10.12010000.26

Counter is Kilometer base.

Please advice what else is required to make the form ready to put the Counter reading.
