Generate Trial Balance seeded report in XML format

Hi Dears

i have a problem , which is that i want to generate the Trial Balance seeded report in XML format.the concurrent  has text as the output type.

when i'm trying to change it to be xml it gives warning , and when i try to run it in xml format it gives error that there are a special text characters that are not shown in xml format .

if any body can help , i will be thankful for this help
