Sales Order Creation ERROR

Hi,

 

We have created a sales Order for customer. after submit the sales order Shows Error. 

 

ERROR MESSAGE:

 

Orchestration process 300000001799076 for order 4 was not started because it is not deployed or the server is unavailable. Contact your help desk. (DOO-2685517).

 

 

For above ERROR MESSAGE I followed one document to clear this issue. Document No: ( Doc ID 2089609.1 ) but still i am facing same issue. Kindly clear this issue as priority level. Because we are facing this issue in Production Level. 

 

For your reference i have attached screen shot. 

 

NOTE:

 

product line status is Created we need Product status need to Awaiting Shipping.
