Serials expired after transaction 'Internal Order Shipment' done on them

Hi All,

We are having few serials which got expired after transaction 'Internal Order Shipment' done on them. How it is done?

I have checked note 'Return To Vendor Transaction In Inventory Is Expiring IB Instances (Doc ID 2182507.1)', but RTV transaction not done on this serial.

Please provide suitable reason for this. Find attached screenshot for this.
