Facing the issues in Demantra PTP related worksheets

Hi Team,

One of our user is not able to view the worksheet designer option in the tool bar of Demantra PTP.
because of this, he is not able to change the aggregation levels and filters for any the PTP worksheets.

Please find the below appended screenshot for the same.

Could you please provide your suggestion to fix this issue ?
