Integration with payables Payment Form

I have integration with legacy systems (Loan application) which initiate the cycle and create an invoice to oracle payable then this application will issue the payments and print the Check at the end this application need to pass the payment details to oracle payable to reconcile with the bank in oracle cash management.  because there is no interface in oracle payments form so we are asking to provide an API to enable passing this transaction from the Loan application to oracle payment and close the opened related invoice.
