custom and hard code report in Oracle BI Publisher

Hi ,

We are creating a custom report using 2 fact tables in Oracle BI Publisher (OBIEE 11.1.1.9.X). 4 columns from fact table 1 , 3 columns from fact table 2, 3 hard code columns which 3 columns has test data for all fact fact table rows . How to create this cosuom report in BIP. Please Advise.
