Phase Submission in HFM

Hi,

We have an HFM app, which uses Phase Submission. Phase 1 is used for all periods except P06 and P12. Phase 2 is used for P06 and P12 (Half Year/Year End).

During Year End, accountants find it difficult to consolidate and work on Phase 1 numbers, as every time a Phase 2 number changes it affects the group consolidation.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get around this?
