Still getting 2I's on line 16 for 2016

We've applied all the patches, made all the configuration changes  and ran an initial test in our test instance. And of our 4000+ employees, 119 have at least 1 2I on line 16. I thought from the webinar that there would be no more 2I's no matter what.

Anyone else get 2I's?
