Cannot connect to the provider. Make sure it is running in the specified host/port. Error(400)

I received the error message "Cannot connect to the provider. Make sure it is running in the specified host/port. Error(400)" in excel by smart view, when i clicks in "submit data" to import the data changed to Hyperion planning.

 

The error apeared just in Production environment. Nothing was changed.

I use the same smart view client in Test Environment without errors
