Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I'm confused with the latest cpu patch release for rdbms 11.2.0.4.

Since the name standard with the last 5 digits being the date released, is there a patch for the database for January 2017?

The patch for downloads states that it's for Oct 2016.

For example: 11.2.0.4.161018
