WMS-MSCA - Add New Function

Hello,  We have a very simple concurrent program that has 1 parameter that needs to be passed when submitting it.  We'd like to create a new function in MSCA so the MSCA users can submit this program as desired.   However, I have yet to find any documentation on how to do this.  I have found documentation on extending existing pages but not the steps on creating a new function.

Can someone please provide me with some guidance on this?
