Recieving error when loading the order release xml to OTM manually

Hi All,

I am trying to create an order release in  OTM  through manual upload of an XML. But  OTM is giving an error

when i looked at logs the exception  is showing the below java lan error.

java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1

I took the XML from the production which was loaded there through integration successfully. But when I tried loading the same file manually to another otm environment which is a production clone i am getting this error.Please help and thank you in advance.
