"System Calculated Effect" calculation in a case when "Promo Effect Type" equals to "Override From H

I faced with the issue in the "System Calculated Effect" calculation for the Causal forecast in a case when "Promo Effect Type" equals to "Override From Higher Level". RPAS version is 14.0.2.2, the "Forecast Meathod" for final level "02" is "Causal", the final and the source levels for the forecast are the same ("02"). We calculate the forecast in the script by "generate" utility. The "Causal Higher Intersection" is dtlstrtr ("dtls" and "trtr" are the dimensions of the product and location hierarchies correspondingly).
