E1 AS400 Enterprise Server Stop

Hello,

Our system is AS400 7.1

our software : JDEdward 9.2 tools 9.2.1.0

When the Enterprise stop with option 6 as qsecofr (before we add JDEOW and E920SYS to qsecofr library) user we have this screen :

We are able to start/stop enterprise server with qsecofr user

When we stop or start enterprise server with ONEWORLD user it says : ENDNET ( or STRNET ) not found in library *LIBL

Our configuration :

cfgtcp option 12

cfgtcp option 10

Enterprise Server is : S849F0AV

Is the "get host address failed" an error ?

Which user (ONEWORLD, JDE , QSECOFR ...), library (JDEOW ...) is required to stop/start enterprise server 9.2 ?

there is no reference for the library and user in the documentation.
