ActivConsole launch error after Deployment Server install for mising mfc100u.dll

I have tried given solution at (Doc ID 2074606.1) for Installing Visual Studio 2013 RTL, Redistributable Packages to install run-time components. It does not resolves the issue.

Please help resolving this issue.
