OTM Maps Issue - eLocation

Anybody having OTM Maps issue starting this week? We use oracle eLocation service for maps and when we try to Map Shipments it just shows dots with Stop Location but does not connect lines as it used to before this week (last Friday).

We created SEV1 SR and oracle Graphs team acknowledged that they have change security certificate that they were using to be wildcard certificate. This change has broke OTM's integration with eLocation. Oracle Support analyst was able to replicate same issue in Oracle OTM instance using eLocation. So they provided us following changes

To resolve this issue with add the following lines to the webserver/weblogic.conf file:
