Uploading Dependent Information

We are adding all our dependent information to JDE. We are currently manually adding our dependents to the address book and Dependent/Beneficiary Entry (P08901) one at a time. We then want to add plan information to the dependent in P08336. I thought we would would able to streamline this process by using P085537W but that didn't seem to work. I can't find any other solution other than adding the information one at a time. Is there a batch process or a more efficient way of adding dependents and their plans?
