HFM Sub Transactions routine

Hi guys I wanted to play a bit with the IC Transactions module from HFM

The first thing I stumble upon was the necessity for a new sub on the rule's file called Transaction. The admin manual is pretty vague about it so I was wondering if any of you have had the chance to use this sub

It looks like the function that should be used is Hs.SupportsTran and a specific POV, but when is this sub gets called ? Only while loading rules or starting the services like the input rule ??

What if I already have some "old" icp registries what happen with those ???
