Modify an exist receipt routing

There is a receipt routing-SHIP, the routing include three steps( TRAN, INSP, STK), I want to add a new step in the routing. but there are some PO is in the routing. when move to next step, there are error prompt, because there are 3 records in F43092 for the PO, so are there any report/application to update the F43092 when I add a new step for the routing?
