Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Fusion Tax and EBusiness Tax

I have a query on Integration between Fusion Tax and R12.

We have all the Tax configurations to be done on Oracle Cloud and the transactions from Sub-ledger module to reside On-premise EBS.
We need to use Oracle cloud for Tax calculation and Tax reporting purposes.

I know that we can use Oracle Integration Cloud Service to integrate Cloud and any ERP system. But the question here is –

if Fusion Tax is used to calculate tax and maintain tax rates, what would be the purpose of EB Tax in R12? Should that be configured as well?
Whether it is possible to have the tax calculated in Fusion Tax and pass the same to R12 to get generate the tax lines in AR and AP?
