technician portal page in 12.2.4 - No returns data

Hello

We in upgrade process from 11i to 12.2.4.

I try to open Technician portal page from depot repair menu,  new page work page is open but I don't get any results when I try to search an existing SO.

What I'm missing ?

Do i need to add new setup to use this new page ?

I appropriate any help...
