criteria for resources to come in Gantt Chart

Dear All,

What is the criteria for resources to come in Gantt Chart? We are having resources that are coming in gantt with task assigned to them. These all are CRM resources.

Our user wants to show only few resources there to schedule tasks to them/ Is it possible? Is there any profiles/setup to achieve it.

We are on 11i.
