Consolidation Issue

Dear Gurus,

A user is having an issue whereby when she runs the Consolidation Transfers for a Particular mapping between a subsidiary and parent books, for parent period Dec - 16, she gets 2 lines - one of Transferred balances 'Current' and status ' POSTED' and another of Transferred balances 'Current' and status 'Not Transfered'.

Usually the transfer process creates only one line for this mapping of parent/subsidiary books.

Please can someone help me with the root cause for this?
