After upgrade OEM to 13.2, not able to deploy agents

Hi Experts,

I upgraded my OEM from 13.1 to 13.2 yesterday. Everything goes well but when I try to add host targets it gives me this error. This only happen for adding windows host machines.

I already downloaded the new agent software still same issue.

Please let me know if this is any kind of bug or if I am missing something here.
