ACA: Software Vendor ID & 2016 Schema

Hello!

1. Doc ID 2183688.1 still has the Software Vendor ID for the electronic TEST filing. Do we know what the Software Vendor ID is for the Production filing?

2. In the Year-End ESU that was released yesterday (9.0 - JL24100, 9.1 - JM20497 and 9.2 - JN12464), I didn't see anything about the 2016 Schema being a part of it? We need to submit a test transmission for THIS year because we didn't do it last year, and we need this year's schema for the xml. Anybody know when that will release/if it's apart of that Year-End ESU?
