P4114 Inventory adjustment with zero cost

Hi

When I create an inventory adjustment the unit cost and extended amount fields are blank value. What could be happening?

The inventory cost level is set 2.

The item is set 02 (Weighted Average )  as sales /inventory cost method in F4105.
