Calculation of Perceptions

Hello,

We have Oracle Version 11.5.10

We setup the Latin Tax for Argentina

For the caso of any provinces is necesary an amount minime for to caclulate the perception in the total invoice.

The issue that we have is that  this amount minime for to caclulate the perception is making in every line of the invoice.

How i do the configuration for the perception is calculated only in the total invoice.?

I attach a document with a exemple of current setup for TOPBA and the Calculate of Perception.
