Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) (MOSC)

I just applied the 12.1.2.9 patch on ODA X5-2 , I used the -local option on the node 1 but after the

The high lighted lines below is when the node freezed and i rebooted but it is still unreachable.

Please any help will be appreciated.
