Windows system32 directory check failed

Hi

I have installed Hyperion 11.1.2.4. During initial step of installation it was showing one error like system32 folder not found. But then I proceed with the installation and finished it.

But when I tried opening the Oracle EPM System Configurator (all instances) I got the below error
