E-Tax issue

Hi,

I have created new Tax called SWMY_TAX_INCL and have attached a rule to determine tax status. Also a tax rate is created and attached to the tax. When I create invoice for the newly created tax rate, I can create invoice and tax can be calculated. But when I create invoice with tax rate under different tax and tax status, I'm getting the below error. Can you please help me what needs to be done in order to resolve this issue?
