Cannot display overall performance status

Hi all;

I hope somebody can help me.

I would like to display the Overall Performance Status for all the projects that i queried.

I have done the following steps.

 

* Define key performance areas 

* Define performance statuses and indicators 

* Define performance rules 

* Define key performance area scoring rules 

* Run the PRC: Generate Performance Scores and Notifications

 

FYI I've set the performance Rules at the Project Template.

 

I'm not sure why when i click the View Output (after submitting the process above) - "The output for a request.. is empty".

 

The performance rule that i created is as below.

 

Measure: ITD % complete
