old Appl_Tops entries in ad_appl_tops table

Hi Experts

Could you please share me your advice on the following issue.

we cloned multi-node R12.1.3 environment to Single node,then upgraded the single node environment to R12.2.4

now we found that in ad_appl_tops table,It contains the source environment info and ACTIVE_FLAG shows as Y

we want to perform shared appl_top for this environment later,

could you please let me know whether we need to use adphatin.sql to disable the old Appl_Tops before doing shared appl_top

whether old Appl_Tops info in ad_appl_tops will effect shared appl_top work.
